Why the shipping companies return my parcel?

According to our experience, the shipping companies will return your parcel because of incorrect name and address, missing telephone number, or you were not at home when they deliver the goods to you. After we receive the returned parcel, we will make refund after deducting all the costs which we already paid to the shipping company and customs. So your full name, correct address and telephone number are necessary for the shipping company to deliver the goods successfully.

But if the parcel is returned because of the customs/duties, both the fee of the goods and the shipping fee won't be refunded, because we should pay the high cost to get it, for example, the shipping fee of returning, tax in your country and tax in China, please kindly cooperate with the customs and pay the tax to them.
