A: Register as a member of us.

Q: What's the Minimum Order Quantity ? 
A: 20 pcs is the MOQ, different colors- sizes - designs could be combined, so totally 20 pcs is ok.

Q: Can I make order via mail?
A: Yes, you can make order via mail . Click here to download the order form. order form in excel. 

Q: What should I do if I have problems with placing order.
A: You can place order with the Excel Order Form and send mail to us with the order as attached file. 
Or you can send mail to us to get help.

Q: What should I do if I can't log in your store.
A: Please go to the "forgot your password page" to request a new password. 
Then check your mail to get the new password email.
After you have loged in our online store, you can modify your password from this page .

Payment methods

Q: Can I pay from paypal, is there any extra fee?
A: Yes, you can pay from paypal, there is no extra fee if you pay from paypal.
You can also pay from credit card, via Western Union, via T/T bank .

Q: How to make payment from credit card?

Shipping methods

Q: Is the delivery door-to-door?
A: Yes, the delivery is door-to-door.

Q: Why the shipping fee is so high?
A: We configue the shipping fee to encourage the wholesale order.
The more pcs is the order, the lower shipping fee per pcs.
The shipping fee for small orders is a bit high, but the shipping fee is low for order more than 20 kgs.

Q: What shipping method do you offer?
A: EMS, DHL, UPS,DPEX etc.

Q: Can you send out the good by sea/ship?
Yes.

Q: Can you send out the good by air cargo?
Yes.

Price and quality

Q: Is the quality good?
A: If we rank the quality from bad, ok, good, excellent, 
20% of our goods are of ok quality,
70% of our goods are of good quality,
10% of our goods are of excellent quality.
Above quality is very frank, we just don't want our customers expect the goods are all excellent.
Actually most of our customers will come back again and again and say the quality is very good.

Q: Why can the price so low?
A: Our factories are located at China, we aim to provide good quality item with the best price, the price on our online store is ex-works price.

Q: Can get discount?
A: The price is low enough, so we don't provide discount.
