New Policy of Complaint & Refund within this December

Dear Customer,

Your satisfaction with our goods and service is our important and extended aim. To ensure your satisfaction with us and enhance our cooperation, we introduce this new policy of Complaint & Refund during this December.

All the e-mails of Complaint & Refund is expected to be sent to this e-mail: AFW.Kitty@gmail.com, the problems you report will be confirmed and replied shortly.

From today to 31st Dec 2010, we will DOUBLE the refund rate for below conditions:

A: If the total quantity of the order you receive is less than the quantity that we informed you, and it's confirmed of our fault, we will double refund the cost of the missing item(s), no shipping cost will be refunded.

B: If you receive the wrong color of the same model, the refund rate will be doubled from 10% to 20% of that item.

C: If you receive the wrong item instead of the ordered item, the refund rate will doubled from 20% to 40% of the expected item, of course, if the price of the expected item is more expensive than actual one, the difference will be refunded, too.

We hope our customers can't find such mistakes, because such mistakes mean losses of both your company and our company.

Last but not least, we introduce this policy because we want our customers know how we HATE those mistakes, and we are taking strict measures to reduce the possibility of such mistakes.
